The roar of the drilling rig often reverberates in my ears. I missed the days when I was fighting side by side with my brothers. I showered in the mud and shuttled between the drill pipes every day. The real technology was to be baptized in blood and sweat. No matter day or night, wind, frost, rain, snow, sunny day, sweat, rainy day, we were indispensable for us to go up and down the drilling platform. We had been persevering for more than 6 months. With modest and rigorous attitude was to return the precious opportunities and meticulous care given by the company.

At the beginning of 2014, our two groups of college students went to the well team one after another. What we will be greeted by is a life full of mud and meals. We know that just more than 6 months of training was not enough to plump our wings. "The road is long so that I will search up and down."
