On February 26th, 2014, more than 20 2014-year graduates from Chengde Petroleum Technical College entered the big family of LHDC. All the employees of LHDC welcomed them with excitement and arranged their accommodation, food and other related matters in advance. The leaders of the various departments of the company gave explanations and training to the new employees one by one, and leaded the college students to visit the equipment of the well factory, so that they could have a deeper understanding of their work content and working environment. Through this period of training, the new employees could understand each other, had a preliminary understanding of the company, and had a clear positioning of their positions. More than 20 college students, who had left their homes from the initial exhaustion and anxiety, gradually became excited and full of the future. With confidence and drive, LHDC now had 42 petroleum professional and technical personnel with college degree and 33 with bachelor degree or above.
