Liu Naizhen visited the 50025 team to guide the work
On April 17th, 2013, Liu Naizhen, Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer of CNPC Great Wall Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd., and Song Zengli, General Manager of the Supervision Company of CNPC GWDC, and more than 20 leaders served as general manager of Liaoning Liaohe Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd. Accompanied by Zhao Lin and Guan Shihai, Deputy General Manager of the business department, they conducted inspection and guidance on the 50025 drilling team of LHDC. This survey was the first time that GWDC leadership team had conducted research on the western market after the adjustment.
At 15:30 in the afternoon, the leaders of the inspection team entered the construction site of the 50025 team after the safety education of the drilling team entered the site. The inspection team was composed of experts from various fields of GWDC. They gave a striking welcome sign in front of the 50025 team and the 32 employees were neatly uniformly well-dressed, warm safety tips, neat and clean site, neatly placed drilling tools, clean and advanced equipment, and high-standard drilling construction sites were full of praise.
The Su 75-60-9X well constructed by LHDC Team 50025 is a directional well with a design depth of 3,502 meters and a completion depth of 3,507 meters. The actual well construction period was 21 days, setting a drilling record in the same block.
The leaders of the inspection team, accompanied by the general manager Zhao Lin and the deputy general manager Guan Shihai of the business department, listened carefully to the report, and reviewed the performance, team quality, safety management, engineering technology, well control management, and standardized management of the construction site of the LHDC ZJ50/3150J drilling rig. They gave high evaluations and asked and exchanged questions and exchanges on the related technical, safety and equipment issues of the Su 75-60-9X well being constructed. The cadres and employees of the drilling team answered the questions seriously, and the leaders of the inspection team were very satisfied.
Subsequently, the leaders of the inspection team visited the staff dormitories, canteens and other logistical support work and gave high evaluations. Although the 50025 team was formed late, it quickly showed the advantages of new equipment, high standards, and hard work style. With the speed and quality of construction, the team has become the rising star of the well team in the block.

The leaders of the inspection team combined the existing cooperation model for the future At the end of the inspection, Deputy General Manager Liu Naizhen awarded 10,000 Yuan to the 50025 Drilling Team on behalf of CNPC GWDC, and then General Manager Zhao Lin issued a bonus of 200 Yuan per person on behalf of LHDC.
