China National Economic Development Corporation (hereinafter referred to as ZGZM) in order to accelerate the establishment of its subsidiary-ZGZM Northeast Co., Ltd. At the meeting, Ren Youping, general manager of ZGZM, stated on cooperation matters: Anshan's mining economy is developing very well and is at the forefront of the country. ZGZM Headquarters plans to take this opportunity of ZGZM Northeast Company settlement in Anshan City, with ZGZM Northeast Company as the main body, to cooperate in the development and utilization of advantageous minerals in Anshan City, expand and strengthen the mineral business sector, and at the same time serve as an important part of Anshan to make efforts for a new round high-quality economic development.

Ma Yuping, deputy general manager of ZGZM, said at the meeting: ZGZM is willing to cooperate with Anshan Bank, Anshan Urban Construction Investment Development Co., Ltd., Anshan Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. and other financial institutions and investment companies through equity investment. Cooperation, ZGZM decided to establish ZGZM Northeast Company on the basis of HPMM Group's resources and management team advantages, and for the purpose of group management of national entities. As a headquarters economy, ZGZM Northeast Company has settled in Anshan City and needs strong support from the Anshan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government.

At the meeting, Han Yuqi, secretary of the Anshan Municipal Party Committee, welcomed the general manager Ren Youping of ZGZM and his entourage. The secretary welcomed and strongly supported the establishment of ZGZM Northeast Company headquarters in Anshan. The secretary said that ZGZM’s unique resource endowment and characteristic industries are consistent with Anshan’s development direction of the mining economy. The cooperation with ZGZM will be the No. 1 project in Anshan City in 2020. The theme of Anshan City this year is to grasp the project and the development.

Chen Hongying, general manager of CRTL, said at the meeting that CRTL is a technology company. Now there are large orders about 50,000 cars in urgent need of production. Kazakhstan, Sinopec, and Russia are also in great demand. We will cooperate with Liaoning Ruifeng Special Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd. of HPMM Group. The project will land in Anshan, and we hope Anshan Government will support it.

In his speech, Wang Zhengquan, secretary of the Party Committee of HPMM Group, said: Since the successful mixed reform between HPMM and ZGZM, all work has been carried out very smoothly. Some of the businesses of our group's LHDC have developed into the African Congo, and have been recognized and appreciated by local industry insiders and governments, and have a certain degree of influence in the international arena. In the next step, we will proceed from the actual situation of the enterprise and take the initiative to find the entry point for enterprise development. Our subsidiary Liaoning Ruifeng Special Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd. will fully undertake the China Railway Intermodal Vehicle Production Project. It is believed that under the leadership of ZGZM and the support of the Anshan Municipal Party Committee and Government, the HPMM Group will contribute to the local economy of Anshan in the new year.

On March 11, ZGZM regarding the establishment of ZGZM Northeast Co., Ltd. in Anshan, formed the preparatory leadership team for ZGZM Northeast Co., Ltd., with Ma Yuping as the team leader, and deputy team leaders Wang Zhengquan, Cao Jianguo, and Qu Jing Zhong, Li Liang.
