Because of the particularity of the loess and the specific sedimentary environment and stratum structure on both sides of the river and valley in the northwest area, the landslide is extremely easy to occur in this area, most of the roads before drilling have been washed away, and the well sites could not be reached by pressure test vehicles, electric measuring vehicles and trucks that pulling materials, which seriously affected production and made well drilling more difficult. Because of the impact of rain water and leakage, some uncompacted ground blocks in the well site collapse, and there were large pits, and even some portable shelter tilted to one side, people would be a little scared after seeing. The precipitation in northeast China has increased significantly compared to previous years. Heavy rains have been frequent in recent days, and occasional heavy rains were imminent. The well drilling crews of our company throughout northeast China were now mostly in a state of waiting for relocation and in relocation, several heavy rains had caused the well site to be flooded into a river, the roads were muddy, and the relocation work had become much more difficult. The head of the business department personally went up to the well to organize the relocation to ensure that the relocation work proceeded smoothly. The scenes came into view, which made us both happy and sad. What was sad was that Nature always gave us difficult problems. We cannot control the natural factors, but at least we can do a good job of prevention, the company as early as half a month ago to flood supplies to replenish and reserve, as early as ready, like angels know the devil will appear in the middle of its kill, to stop it from killing people. In the reserve goods and materials for flood control, part of the well drilling crew enthusiasm was not strong, but when the flood season to come that day, they understood the company leader’s good intentions. Taking this flood prevention as an example, although production progress and relocation work had been slightly affected, and the well site damaged by the rain had been paved up, and the road repair had cost a certain amount of spare fare, etc. However, before flood season, our leaders have devised strategies and continued to urge, with the active cooperation of the business department, project department and well drilling crews, our company has not had a flood season accident so far, and will minimize the loss of the company, which is the best result we want. In this flood control, the leadership of the company’s command and business department, the project department, the implementation of the team also reflected the incisively and vividly.
