After half a month of safety training, I rushed to the first-line drilling crew with a novel and excited mood, and was honored to be assigned to the 50002 team for internship. The outgoing personality determines that I like to meet new environments and new people. Wearing clean clothes and white skin that hasn't been exposed to the wind and sun is what we looked like when we first arrived in the well team. After seeing us, Team Chen greeted us with a smile. I know that his smile has two meanings: one is to inject fresh blood into the company, and the other is to laugh at us as flowers in the greenhouse, for fear that we will not be able to sustain the hard work of the drilling crew’s working environment. Team Header Chen is very kind and treats us very well, and dedicated a room for me to live with Lao Hu. The drilling crew works ceaselessly a day. In order to allow workers to get enough rest time, the drilling crew implements a three-shift system. Team Header Chen was worried that we could not support the night shift, so let us go to day shift every day, so the life of drilling crew officially started. Every day with Lao Hu, I picked up the rubbish at the well site, pushed the scattered mud and sand to flat the well site, and helped the experienced driller with some fragmentary and non-hazardous work. I repeated the work for a week. This feeling was very boring and boring. Directly obliterate all my passion for Team Header Jing. Sometimes I secretly ran to the drill floor to look at the driller holding the brake lever, watching the internal and external clamps connect a single rod, and seeing the captain, like a kid who made a mistake, fled off the drill floor, because he emphasized not green hands are allowed to go on the drill floor. I clearly remembered the Team Header Chen that I and Lao Hu went to find on the morning of the eighth day. We strongly demanded that we should be assigned to two shifts, also had night shifts like the workers and asked to go to the drill floor. Team Header Chen laughed and said: I didn’t expect you two. The brat was really urgent. But he just reluctantly agreed. I felt that my attendance was the first day of my formal work. I helped the internal and external clamps on the drill floor to hold the drill tools, lift the rings, clean the sanitation on the drill floor, and learn to operate the hydraulic tongs from the internal clamp. Working in the well team was very practical, more interesting and more specific than the theoretical knowledge learned in school. The 12-hour work day was really overwhelming at the beginning. I fell asleep early after washing up after get off work every day, but I felt that I was so fulfilled, especially when I was eating, a small bowl full of rice was covered. A steamed bun was added to the spoon, and there would be no leftovers. Although it was not more delicious than the delicacies of every kind, the food was more fragrant than the delicacies of every kind.

One of the most memorable things about the well team was drilling down. For drilling in and out, it was nothing more than ordinary. For example, the life of the screw needed to be replaced, and suddenly there was no footage that drilling bit was covered mud needed to be tripping. After shifting, five consecutive tripping were in our class. It was a bit unreasonable. I could only silently think that it was God who wanted me to learn more. The cold in March had not completely receded. Yes, I clearly remembered that it was the fifth time I started drilling. In the morning, I started drilling. The northwest wind was strong. Soon there was a light rain, followed by sleet. The strong wind hadn’t stopped, and the raincoat on my body had been penetrated. I carried the classic actions of the Titanic protagonists Jack and Ruth with the wind behind my back, thinking silently: life without ups and downs is not perfect. I can persevere, and there will be nothing more difficult for me in the future. After getting off work, one was more embarrassed, and one was more exhausted. This day seems liked our classmates had passed a year. The work clothes wearing raincoats were pierced by the rain, the sleeves were frozen by the low temperature, and there was still mud all over the body. Getting the oil that can't be washed off, the mud sprayed on the face, they looked so funny to each other. That was the only time I fell asleep without eating dinner or washing, taking off my work clothes and lying in bed. It was also the most pleasant time I slept in the well team. After several days of continuous tripping and drilling, I tried to operate the hydraulic tongs. I dared not say how proficient in the hydraulic tongs. The most basic way of picking up and throwing drill tools could be said to be familiar with the road. Lao Hu hadn’t touch tongs, I still had pride. Hardship does not necessarily learn something, but it is the truth that if you refuse to endure hardship you cannot learn something. Of course, the importance of opportunity is self-evident, like this time I set off.

Time passed, and the internship life of more than two months was about to end. It was time to go back to school to get a diploma. For these lovely colleagues, I really can’t bear it: Team Header Chen who took good care of the team, Master Ye, who was serious, funny and stutters on the drill floor, and Lao Liu, who can run ten kilometers a day with a steel hook and pull ring. My Technician Teacher Xin Ge, etc. There is no permanent banquet in the world, meeting is fate. Because life will continue, it is a test for us who have just stepped out of campus. Finally, with reluctance, we left the drilling crew.

For some reasons, I now work in the dispatching room of LHDC, mainly to do a good job of "uploading and issuing", to timely and accurately convey production tasks, production instructions, various notices, etc. to the grassroots team; to report production status and main production schedule. Establish complete original records, promptly submit scheduling reports and production and safety dynamic analysis data, so as to achieve timely reporting, accurate figures, complete content, and real problems. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
