The strategic cooperation framework agreement between HPMM and Jilin Oilfield Company was officially signed

On May 24th, 2017, with the scorching sun, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation framework agreement between HPMM and Jilin Oilfield Company was held in the 112 conference room of the Jilin Oilfield headquarters. HPMM Chairman Wang Zhengquan and his entourage, Zhang Deyou, General Manager of Jilin Oilfield Company, and Li Mingwei, Mayor of Baicheng Municipal Government attended the signing ceremony.

At the beginning of the signing ceremony, Zhang Deyou, general manager of Jilin Oilfield Company, extended a warm welcome to the arrival of Li Mingwei, the mayor of Baicheng City and the chairman of HPMM Wang Zhengquan. Jilin Oilfield is an old oilfield with more than 50 years of development history. It has formed a certain scale of production capacity in terms of oil and gas exploration and evaluation, oilfield development, and production capacity construction.
