On the morning of July 1th, the HPMM Group celebration of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China was held in the conference room on the fifth floor of Haicheng Petroleum Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Wang Zhengquan, secretary of the Group’s party committee, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The meeting was presided over by Chen Baogang, member of the Group’s party committee and chairman of the Group’s Labor Union.

All party committee members of the Group, the main responsible comrades of the Group’s secondary companies, the holding companies, and the directly affiliated departments attended the meeting. All outstanding party members of the HPMM Group, all party members of the Haicheng Xisi Area, prospective party members, new party members, and non-party activists, a total of more than 110 people attended the conference. Zhao Xu, Secretary of the Party Committee of Xisi Town, attended this meeting.

At 9:30 in the morning, Chen Baogang, chairman of the Group's Labor Union, announced that the HPMM Group celebrated "July 1th" and the commendation meeting for outstanding party members. All the participants stood up and sang the national anthem amid the solemn sound of the national anthem. At the conference, Wang Zhengwu, deputy secretary of the Group’s party committee, gave a report on party building work. In the report, he pointed out: In the past year, HPMM Group has developed into a cross-field, cross-industry, and cross-region under the correct leadership of the higher-level party committee. There are more than 30 large group companies with multiple industries. The majorities of party members of the group adhere to the party's leadership, unite as one, work hard and forge ahead, and better fulfill their obligations as party members. In the future work, we will keep in mind the purpose of the party, and strive to become a strong development and party building with more enthusiasm; good production and operation, good corporate culture, good labor relations, good party organization, good party members, and good social feedback "Double-strength and six-good" enterprises, insist on "Listen to the Party and follow the Party", and strive to become one of the top petroleum machinery manufacturing enterprises in the country!

At the meeting, Chen Hong, a member of the Party Committee of the Group, announced the decision of the HPMM Party Committee on commending outstanding Communist Party members in 2016. The outstanding Communist Party members honored were: Haicheng Petroleum Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Gao Chungui, Li Bin, Wen Chunying, Zhao Zhiliang, Feng Huijun, and Li Song. Liaoning Liaohe Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd.: Wang Gang, Sun Xiangyu, Su Jiao, Li Qingjun, He Meilin, Jin Chongzhu, etc, a total of 29 outstanding party members. Then the group leaders put on ribbons and issued certificates to the outstanding Communist Party members in the sound of vigorous and advancing music. All the participants warmly applauded and congratulated him.

The outstanding party members represented Liaoning Liaohe Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd. Li Qingjun and Haicheng Petroleum Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Li Bin made speeches at the meeting. They stated that as a member of CPC, they must always put the interests of the party and the people in the work. Continue to play a pioneering and exemplary role in the post to contribute to the development and growth of HPMM Group and the petroleum industry of the motherland. At the end of the meeting, HPMM Party Secretary and Chairman Wang Zhengquan delivered an important speech. He firstly congratulated the 95th anniversary of the founding of CPC; congratulated 29 employees on winning the honorary title of outstanding Communist Party members. He pointed out that as a party member, we must first learn the party constitution and achieve the " three guidelines for ethical behavior and the three basic rules of conduct", that is, to cultivate oneself strictly, strictly use power, strictly discipline oneself, seek to be pragmatic, start a business, and be a man. Earnestly unify thoughts and actions, consciously practice the “three guidelines for ethical behavior and the three basic rules of conduct", truly make one's own work style strict and practical, and be a loyal, clean, and qualified party member. Our party members must behave in the same way, and they must act in principle. We must bring vitality and positive energy wherever we go, and we must strictly uphold the company's philosophy of "serving the country with dedication and trust in the world. At the meeting, Zhao Xu, Secretary of the Party Committee of Xisi Town, delivered a speech.
