Passionate June, the sun is shining, and the HPMM Group is bustling. After half a month of preparations and four hours of fierce and intense competition, the HPMM Group Labor Union took the lead in holding the Group’s Haicheng District’s fourth employee safety production and occupational health knowledge. The competition and the third "Security Cup " - I want to be safe, I love the factory, I grow together with the company speech contest ended successfully in the conference room on the fifth floor of HPMM at 16:30 on June 25.

This competition had been highly valued by the Group leaders. The chairman of the Group Wang Zhengquan had repeatedly pointed out: enterprise production must be people-oriented and safety first. The purpose of our activity was to popularize safety knowledge among all employees, so that everyone understood safety. The second-tier companies and directly affiliated departments of the group also attached great importance to safety work. This competition was attended by Zhao Lin, general manager of Liaoning Liaohe Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd., Chen Baogang, chairman of the Group Labor Union, and some leaders of nine companies. With the support of the local government, Li Haiming, deputy mayor of Xisi Town, Haicheng, Li Yanjun, chairman of the town labor union, and Qiao Kai, director of the town safety supervision office, were invited to participate in the event.

The competition was tightly organized and well-prepared under the organization and deployment of the Group Labor Union, which fully demonstrated the openness, fairness, impartiality, seriousness and unity of the competition process. First of all, a knowledge contest was conducted. The contest format was divided into three parts: personal must answer, risk and quick answer. In the individual compulsory answer section, each team player used their usual safety knowledge to answer in order; the risk selection section, carefully chose the questions, carefully answered, and had a deeper understanding of safety knowledge; the rush answer section did its best, every question was contested, and the atmosphere was warm and climax. The level of the competition, the style of the competition, and the good spirit of the employees of HPMM were demonstrated.

The second stage of the activity was a speech contest. During the contest, the contestants show their magical powers, either using reason to convince others, or moving people with emotion. The contestants closely contacted the actual safety production, talked about the safety examples around them; talked about shocking what they saw and heard; and expressed their own personal feelings. With vivid language and passionate speech, every audience present was moved and educated, and they won bursts of applause. Especially Yang Lu who appeared on the 13th, with sincere language and strong emotions, deeply moved the audience. In the end, Yang Lu from Liaoning Liaohe Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd. won the first prize. At the end of the event, the leaders presented certificates and prized to the winners to encourage them.

This activity fully aroused the enthusiasm and attention of all employees of HPMM Group to safety work.
