This month was the fifteenth safety month. In order to actively respond to the call of the Group, the Wushenqi Project Department set up an activity team, formulated activity plans, extensively carried out publicity and education activities, comprehensively carried out hidden danger investigations, organized safety inspections and emergency drills, and created a good safety month atmosphere had been promoted to promote the orderly development of various tasks.

On June 4th, project manager Fan Hongwei held a production meeting with safety as the theme, and implemented HSE responsibilities based on strict implementation of the job responsibility system. Firmly establish people-oriented, strengthen the awareness of safe production, resolutely eliminate violations, strictly and seriously investigate and deal with hidden accidents, and ensure that the safety month activities are implemented. In this way, we firmly lay the ideological concept that safety is first in the depth of employees' minds, and organize the following safety prevention activities according to the specific conditions of frontline production: 1. Prevent blowout, blowout out of control, blowout fire; 2. Prevent floods; 3. Prevent landslides from causing disasters; 4. Prevent traffic accidents; 5. Prevent disasters caused by the collapse of roads and bridges; 6. Prevent earthquakes from disasters; 7. Prevent electricity and lightning strikes.

During the meeting, the project department set up an activity leading group with Fan Hongwei as the team leader, and the deputy team leaders were Han Huiquan, Zhao Qinghai, and Zhang Jiping. The group is composed of materials group, external cooperation group, mobility group, vehicle group, engineering group, etc. The project department has set up a 24-hour on-duty telephone. The danger is the order, and the team leader will uniformly direct and dispatch it. The project department will rush to the scene as soon as there is a danger. The project department also prepared rescue supplies such as rescue ropes, shovel, straw bags, crowbars, picks, three-ton hoisting belts, tow rope sleeves, flashlights, etc.

In the safety month activity, each employee has a high concentration of thoughts, establishes staff’s safety awareness, ensures that not to hold back, and puts the overall situation at the critical moment, obeys the command and the arrangement, and effectively guarantees the safety activities of the project department. And the subordinate well drilling crew and the company should be practical and escort the smooth production of the front-line production team.

In order to mobilize the emotions of the employees, the deputy team leaders Zhang Jiping and Zhao Qinghai, and the team members Wu Yinan conducted publicity and education to the front-line employees, using billboards, banners and other forms to conduct publicity, and organized hidden danger investigations on the production situation, so that each employee personally was responsible for participation and safe production. And by the form of question and answer was to evaluate employees to enhance the safety culture quality of all employees.

During the event, a blowout prevention exercise was organized according to the production situation of the front-line team, and the members of the team went to their respective positions to quickly complete the required actions. Organized professional departments and personnel to carefully review and summarized each link of the exercise. To evaluate emergency drill preparation, drill planning and the effectiveness of emergency drill organization, early warning, emergency response, decision-making and command, disposal and rescue, and emergency drill. After the exercise, to find out the existing problems and shortcomings, revise the content of the plan, rectify the problems in emergency rescue technology and equipment, and propose improvement measures for emergency management personnel and emergency rescue personnel training.

Through the vigorous development of this activity, under the guidance and supervision of the superior competent department, not only the safety cultural quality of the employees has been enhanced, but the safety operation skills and awareness have also been greatly improved. Good results have been achieved in our project department and improved overall safety awareness of employees which would bring our project department safety production and safety management to a new level, further enhance the sense of responsibility of safety management personnel at all levels, and lay the foundation for better safety management in the future. We will take this safety production month event as an opportunity to go deep into the site, work hard to do a good job in safety production, achieve safety "zero" accidents, and make greater contributions to the creation of a safe, stable and harmonious social environment.
