In recent years, HPMM Group has attached great importance to the training of employees. After regular training for the group's senior management and training for management cadres stationed in Xinjiang, the training work for basic-level backbone employees is now started. This time, the board of directors of the Group decided that Wang Zhengzhi, deputy general manager of the Group, and Liu Gang, director of the Group’s legal department, taught key employees of each secondary unit how to cultivate outstanding personal character and how to use legal knowledge in work practice to protect the company and its own rights and interests. On May 27th, the meeting room on the fifth floor of Haicheng Petroleum Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was full, and it was packed with nearly a hundred employees who came to attend the class. They are the Group Labor Union, Group Finance, employees of Haicheng Petroleum Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Liaoning Liaohe Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd. and Mongolia Project Department. Among these trainees are high-level bosses, middle-level leaders, and backbone employees at the grassroots level. Although they come from different branches of the Group and from different positions, they had only one wish. The training was divided into two periods. The first stage was given by Deputy General Manager Wang Zhengzhi. Mr. Wang has started his own business for decades. He has traveled through many different classes, including rural, urban, and international. He unreservedly introduced his long-term accumulation of rich experience to everyone. He told employees: As a "person" in society, you must correctly understand yourself, give yourself the correct positioning, and it is important to enhance your personal charm. To be a person is with full of positive energy. In this way, no matter where you work, you can be handy. Mr. Wang's teaching was very philosophical, and he shared many vivid and interesting stories with everyone. President Wang placed high expectations on the work of the employees, and put forward clear requirements to everyone: “I hope everyone will become outstanding talents who can make a difference to the company and the society.”

In the second stage of the training, Liu Gang, Director of the Legal Department of HPMM Group, taught the employees relevant legal knowledge. Liu Gang is a senior legal expert in the Haicheng area and even Liaoning area. He has accurate legal knowledge, especially the application of economic laws. This time he taught the employees the basic knowledge of law and the legal knowledge closely related to the company and employees. He told employees: "Laws" are formulated or approved by the state, enforced by the state's compulsory force, and are rules of conduct that are generally binding on all members of society. Everyone must abide by it. It is illegal to cross the red line. There are civil violations, administrative violations, and criminal violations. Criminal violations must be investigated for criminal responsibility by judicial organs, and those who are to be sentenced must be executed by prisons. Administrative violations are subject to administrative punishment, public security fines, and public security detention. For civil violations, corresponding civil compensation is required. To know the law and abide by the law, you must always study the laws and regulations. In the lecture, Lawyer Liu cited some cases and explained them with cases, which was vivid and convincing. Finally, the lawyer introduced how to abide by the law as a company employee. Use legal knowledge to protect the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises and employees, and at the same time teach how to prevent violations and self-prevention and security strategies. Lawyer Liu Gang’s lecture was highly targeted and practical. Through learning, employees have strengthened their legal awareness and the concept of rule of law, so that everyone can know the law and abide by the law.

The nearly four-hour lecture ended in the reluctance of the employees.
