"LHDC 2016 Annual Work Conference" was successfully held

On January 27th, 2016, the 2016 Annual Work Meeting of Liaoning Liaohe Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd. was successfully held. HPMM Chairman Wang Zhengquan attended the meeting and delivered an important speech. Zhao Lin, General Manager of LHDC,  Zhang Hao, Chairman Assistant and Group Office Director, Chen Shiyi, Deputy General Manager of LHDC, Xu Weirong, Deputy General Manager, Zhao Chunzhong, Safety Director, Qiu Zhenbiao, Deputy General Manager, Yang Huishen, Deputy General Manager, Fan Hongwei, Project Manager of Wushenqi Project Department, External Coordination Manager Han Huiquan, Deputy Project Manager Wang Jie, Liu Xiaohui and Lin Hongye of Huan County Project Department, Deputy Project Manager Wang Hezhong of Dingbian Project Department, and Project Manager Zhai Hongzhi of Oil Testing Project Department attended the meeting. At the meeting, HPMM Group Chairman Wang Zhengquan said in his speech: "In the 60 years of development, HPMM Group has formed four major business segments. Has been among the most popular in petroleum machinery manufacturing; the second sector is the drilling engineering technical service sector, and our drilling engineering service team has reached the top level in China; the third is the energy development sector, which has broad prospects. At present, Sinopec has cooperated with us for 6000 square kilometers. The total area of the oil field block, and the 16,000 square kilometers oil field block we won the bid this year, has a total area of more than 50,000 square kilometers, which can satisfy our HPMM Group for at least 30 years of mining; the fourth is the financial sector, the overall construction of our financial building and The exterior decoration has been fully completed. Subsequently, Zhao Lin, general manager of LHDC, conducted the 2016 administrative work report, reviewed the achievements in 2015 and made work arrangements for 2016. General Manager Zhao Lin pointed out in the report: "In 2015, we have achieved certain results, but there are still some problems in our work. This requires leading cadres at all levels to invigorate, think carefully, and take effective measures and actions to do in-depth and meticulous Ideological work should be prevented and resolved from the source. In 2016, LHDC would focus on the following 10 aspects

(1) Focus on improving the overall efficiency creation ability to achieve simultaneous improvement of scale and efficiency.

(2) Innovate market development work to ensure market share.

(3) Pay close attention to project management, and increase management and punishment.

The participants then divided into three groups to discuss the content of the administrative report. In the afternoon, the participants visited the factory under the leadership of professionals from Liaoning Ruifeng Special Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and gained a deeper understanding of the Group's production scale and the significance of strategic deployment.

 

During the meeting, the participants actively made suggestions based on actual conditions, put forward many valuable opinions and suggestions, and raised some issues, which received great attention from the leaders. After visiting the factory, General Manager Zhao Lin answered the questions raised by the project departments and well teams in the group discussion, and answered 27 items in four aspects on materials and equipment, business plans, overseas coordination and personnel arrangements.
