On December 5th, 2015, the year-end summary meeting of HPMM's Human Resources Work was held in the conference room. The meeting was attended by Wang Zhengzhi, Deputy General Manager of HPMM Group, Xu Ying, Deputy Chief Economist of HPMM Group, Wu Hongyu, Head of Human Resources of HPMM Group, and 28 people engaged in human resources work from various branches of the Group.

At the meeting, HPMM Deputy General Manager Wang Zhengzhi made an important speech. Subsequently, Wu Hongyu, the head of the Group's human resources, gave a detailed report on the Group's 2015 annual work inspection of the human resources department of each branch. Wu Hongyu pointed out the problems in the work of the human resources department of each company, and put forward guidance and improvement method. At the meeting, Director Wu Hongyu shared her experience in human resources work with everyone, and unreservedly told everyone about her experience in human resources work for many years.

At the meeting, Xu Ying, deputy chief economist of the Group, gave a speech on the work coordination between the human resources department and the finance department. She said that human resources and finance are both the large team of the Group and are indispensable departments. In the future work, the human resources department and the financial work should cooperate more harmoniously, learn and make progress together.

At the meeting, the human resources staff of each of the Group's subsidiaries spoke in succession, reporting their work, and sharing their work experience.
