HPMM Group Chairman Wang Zhengquan led a team to visit South Korea

Accompanied by Kwon Soon Ki, Chairman of the Development Association, and Jang Woo Hae, Vice Chairman of the Development Association, visited the former South Korean Prime Minister Lee Shou Sung and the Chairman of the Korea-China Private Economic Cooperation Forum Ji Yongmo in South Korea, and inspected Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Co., Ltd, which received a warm reception from all parties.

On the afternoon of the 14th, Chairman Wang Zhengquan (executive chairman of the China-Korea Enterprise Friendship Association) and his party visited the former South Korean Prime Minister Lee Shou Sung and the chairman of the Korea-China Non-governmental Economic Cooperation Forum Ji Yongmo, and were warmly received by the two Korean leaders. Chairman Wang Zhengquan first introduced the basic situation and work development of the China-Korea Enterprise Association. At the same time, he also introduced the development of HPMM Group, its influence and its leading position in the fields of petroleum machinery manufacturing and energy development at home and abroad. Former South Korean Prime Minister Lee Shou-sung and Chairman of the Korea-China Non-governmental Economic Cooperation Forum Ji Yongmo unanimously expressed their appreciation for the various work carried out by the China-Korea Enterprise Friendship Association after listening to the introduction, and the brilliant achievements of HPMM in the fields of petroleum machinery manufacturing and energy. He expressed admiration for the performance and expressed the hope that the two sides will deepen cooperation and make joint efforts for the enterprises of the two countries, especially in the integrated development of petroleum energy and marine economy, to achieve greater results.

(DSME) Executive Vice President Shipyard General Manager Mr. Sung-Geun Lee, Executive Vice President DSME Design and Research Institute Dean Mr. Hunter S.URM and others were early in front of the office building. Welcome the arrival of Chairman Wang Zhengquan. Chairman Wang Zhengquan and his entourage, accompanied by DSME executives, visited the DSME exhibition hall, listened to the introduction of DSME's development history and high-end products, watched DSME's corporate video, and learned about DSME's advanced management concepts and corporate culture. Afterwards, the two parties had a cordial and pragmatic conversation.

First of all, Mr. Sung-Geun Lee, Executive Vice President of DSME Shipyard General Manager, delivered a welcome speech and introduced the development of DSME, its production capacity and products. Mr. Hunter S. URM, Executive Vice President of DSME and Dean of Design and Research Institute, introduced DSME's research and development in 37 fields and has been a world leader in LNG construction. Then, Chairman Wang Zhengquan introduced to the participants the development and business situation of HPMM Group, focusing on HPMM Group’s advantageous business segments and HPMM Group’s extensive influence at home and abroad, as well as HPMM’s advocacy in China. The "One Belt and Road" that China plays an important role in the field of petroleum equipment. Chairman Wang Zhengquan stated that HPMM has four major business sectors advantages: petroleum machinery manufacturing, drilling technology services, oil and gas energy development and financial services; Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Co., Ltd. (DSME) has the R&D, design and construction of high-end offshore products advantages, the two parties can further discuss and carry out all-round cooperation under the coordination of relevant economic development associations. Finally, both parties agreed to use this communication and exchange as a starting point to work together to complement each other's strengths to further study specific cooperation plans, especially in-depth cooperation in the fields of offshore core equipment R&D and manufacturing, equipment procurement and operation.

After the meeting, Chairman Wang Zhengquan and his entourage inspected the advanced offshore construction process and advanced production equipment and facilities of the DSME plant. At the end of the inspection, the two parties exchanged souvenirs and took a group photo.
