HPMM Group cooperated with Burtau Closed Joint-Stock Company of the Russian Federation, planned by HPMM Group, and carefully organized and arranged by Liaoning Liaohe Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd., from May 18th to May 31th, 2015 to the first batch of staff who went to Russia Conduct training before going abroad. The team going abroad was led by Chen Shiyi, deputy general manager of Liaoning Liaohe Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd., 5 members of the project department and team leader Duan Baosheng led 50007 teams of 32 members, a total of 38 people went to Russia's Orenburg State Plavkins for oil and gas exploration. 

On the eve of the drilling team going abroad, Zhao Lin, the general manager of LHDC, seized the training opportunities, and the relevant leaders of LHDC organized a training team to conduct overseas training for all members. The training team first conducted basic Russian training for members going abroad, and used multimedia materials to introduce the development of the Russian petroleum industry, foreign construction experience, customs, etiquette and other aspects of knowledge for employees; conduct formalities, preparations for going abroad, and attention to boarding for those going abroad training on issues and other content; analyze the favorable factors and geological conditions of the three oil wells to be drilled in the Pravkins oil and gas exploration block in Orenburg, Russia, so that employees can fully and systematically understand the working environment and construction difficulty. This trip to Russia for drilling is an important step for HPMM Group to fully expand overseas markets and a key part of HPMM Group’s overall strategic deployment. We firmly believe that HPMM Group’s concept of “dedication serves people, trust goes worldwide” will surely expand in Russia.
