In order to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of all employees and enhance the cohesion of the Group, Haicheng Petroleum Machinery Manufacturing Group held a New Year tug-of-war competition on January 3, 2015. There were 10 men's teams and 6 women's teams organized by HPMM, LHDC and other organizations. Wang Yuefeng, General Manager of HPMM, Dong Xiaoming, General Manager of Liaoning Shale Gas Development Co., Ltd., Ma Jingliang, General Manager of Abagaqi Zhongjia Petroleum Co., Ltd., Yu Tao, Deputy General Manager of LHDC, Group Design Research President Liu Chunyou, General Manager Yao Guangwen of International Business Department of the Group, Deputy General Manager Kong Delun of HPMM and other company leaders visited the game in person.

The Group Labor Union organized this event to create a joyful and relaxed atmosphere in the busy atmosphere at the beginning of the new year, relieve everyone’s tension and pressure, let everyone relax, “charge” everyone, and let everyone stay in the new year. In the past year, we had created better performance in their respective jobs with a more full spirit.

This competition adopted a group round-robin system, and each game was played in three games with two wins. The team that won the group stage participates in the final. Each representative team sent the strongest lineup to work together to fight for the first place. When the whistle of the competition sounded, the participating team members shouted "one two, one two" in their mouths, clasping the long rope with both hands, and suffocating their strength to pull back. The company leaders cheered next to the team. Employees who did not participate spontaneously formed a cheerleading team to wave the flag and shout for the players in the competition. The competition process was extremely fierce. The men's team members all blushed and burst into blue veins, and the girls did not show any weakness. Putting down the usual lady style and doing their best, the competition climaxed and was wonderful. In the end after fierce competition, the first team of riveting and welding won the men's championship, and the women's championship went to the women's team of the International Business Department.

Through this tug-of-war competition, the spirit of teamwork among the company's employees has been promoted and the will of the company's employees has been improved. The purpose of this event was to cultivate the collective spirit of unity, cooperation, hard work and enterprising employees. During the competition, our LHDC team members also followed this spirit to complete the competition. Although we did not enter the finals, this competition demonstrates the good spirit of our employees, and enhances the cohesion and centripetal force among employees in various departments.

On the occasion of the new year, all employees of our company would twist into a rope like a tug-of-war, all unite as one, and fully implementing the group’s "dedication to people, trust goes world" allows LHDC to achieve a new leap and create new brilliance in 2015.
